Finding (and retaining) good staff
In the workshops, Pauline and Patrick of EIGEN Fundament and Dennis of Aandacht Arbo zoomed in on the concept of job happiness and how to increase job happiness with the EIGEN Werkgeluk program.
Patrick addressed why job happiness is so important. Research shows that – when employers take a grip on Job Happiness – their employees are on average 22% more productive with a 20% less leavers and 37% lower absenteeism. On average, this results in an 11% higher operating profit. In addition, millennials overwhelmingly choose companies where “job happiness” is high on the agenda.

With the powerful program MY job happiness, one can increase all aspects of Job Happiness in an organization. Each process starts with a Quick Scan job happiness to get a 0 measurement. A custom-made program is then built to increase job happiness and monitored continuously.
In preparation for the workshop, Business Society OV IJmond members had to complete the Quickscan job happiness. In an interactive quiz, Pauline introduced participants to the important topic of job happiness. Thus, a clear picture of the added value of job happiness was presented in a personal manner.
